The (former) outermost planet of the solar system remains unobservable even for many telescopes. Larger telescopes show the dwarf planet discovered in 1930 at best as an insignificant, small star. Pluto, which is only slightly larger than our Moon, appears currently about 14m. When it reaches its greatest distance from the Sun around the year 2110, it will shine with only about 16m.
