The long, cold winter nights give you a magnificent sky with the Winter Hexagon and the Milky Way. The Winter Hexagon consists of six stars between -1.5 and +1.2m – Sirius, Rigel, Aldebaran, Capella, Pollux and Procyon. The Milky Way is also a fine sight. In the winter we look into its outer regions that are hidden only by a few clouds of dust. Here you can find a variety of interesting deep sky objects – the cold nights pay off.
